- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will work with in you budget, we are fair and honest. Because of our efficency we are able to price beat many places, beware though $10 quality and $100 quility differs. DW Residential bridges that gap, high quality at fair prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact has been made we prefer to vist the site depending for accurate estimating, this depends on scope of work. 2. We submit an estimate or bid for (Signed approval only) once negotiated & agreed, we scheudule dates and begin work. We treat every job as its own, tailored to the houe and the owner as required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 16 years if experince in building, an AS in Science, BS in Technical, (construction managmenet) Professionally trained by the Air Foce, Boeing and Embry Riddle. Expericed both hands on and in managment throught out the whole time. "Lead by example" Integrity, service and excellence, DW builds as if it was our own. These are just some of the core values at DW Residential. We are in the process of highering more Veterans, teaching hands on skills, and paying a honest wage!!!
