I prefer that the my customers knows what they want, have the funding available and are very serious about getting a job started and not just getting tons of quotes to get a low price. If you are looking for the lowest price i am not your guy! I can guarantee I will not be the lowest price. I pay my staff well and do things correctly without cutting corners. You defiantly get what you pay for. I see lots of work in the Charleston area that is done cheap and low quality. That is not me, high quality products, high quality work at a completive rate. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the amount of people contacting me for quotes, I have implemented a fee to come out to your property to give you an estimate. My fees range from $50 to $100 depending on the project. This fee will be paid before I drive to your property through Venmo. I am not going to be the cheapest quote. If you are looking for that then please do not click on me. Please have a budget to work with and have the funds available. I can work within most realistic budgets and tell you upfront if your budget is too small for the work you want done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with every customer to go over the scope of work on each project. Every project is different so a custom quote is needed for each all projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS from Green Mountain College, I have 20 years of experience in Landscaping and Construction. I am a straight shooter when it comes to estimates and figuring out job specifics.
