Tom responded almost immediately and was able to come out and repair a dbl wide door. Unfortunately, the motor burnt out during the process. Tom was able to come back the following day before 9 am. to install a new opener.
I highly recommend reaching out to him before you use anyone else.
His background experience is second to none.
