Although he did not have a replacement unit in stock, he assured us that they would arrive promptly. We covered the cost of the pump and installation. Four days later, on a Sunday, the dishwasher was repaired. The technician explained the process and completed the repair efficiently. His professionalism and friendliness were commendable. This was one of the most satisfactory service calls we have ever experienced.
