- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different so therefore prices can change from something as simple as using a more time consuming material . I price fair to the customer and myself. I am always willing to discuss and work with customers to meet their goals when pertaining to pricing. . The more information and pictures the better chance I’ll have at giving you an honest quote
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing the customers needs. Do they need guidance or just a task to be completed. I like to exercise complete transparency . From there I fully assess the given project and and price it fairly based on the extent of work being done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Various historical preservation classes in college as well as a few apprenticeships when I was younger.
