- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $100 per hour. For larger projects, I may offer discounted pricing. Every project is different, so I always provide a clear estimate before starting. There are no hidden fees, and I never begin work without the customer’s approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the project with the customer and review photos or visit the job site if needed. Then I provide a clear estimate and explain the work that needs to be done. Once everything is approved, we schedule a convenient time. I always arrive on time, keep the work area clean, and make sure my customer is satisfied before I finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in handyman services and home improvement. My experience includes interior painting, drywall repair, TV mounting, furniture assembly, shelving installation, lighting, ceiling fans, electrical fixtures, plumbing fixture replacement, trim work, and many other home repair projects. I continue to improve my skills by working on a wide variety of residential projects.
