Glad I connected w/ these guys … they were responsive to my inquiry about installing a tile backsplash in my townhouse. Were able to view the kitchen same day and I had an estimate that evening. Super easy to schedule, super attentive, and helped me decide some design points that I couldn’t figure out. Install went great and everything went as planned. Work completed that week all within 1.5 days. I highly recommend these guys and would use them again in a heart beat!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first thing you have to know is that my price is based on my experience and quality of work that I will give you. The price also changes a lot in all jobs, since no matter how small the job may be, it cost a lot of time to learn how to do it and what is charged? for what one can do not for work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to offer my best estimates so that we can work as soon as possible if you are not so clear about what you want in your home or office apartment I always try to help you to give you a clearer idea and provide you with some materials if you do not have time to go to the store for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken training with people who have worked as a handyman and painter all their lives and they have taught me many things but like everything in this life the longer you live the more you learn so I always try to learn something new every day
