I hired this contractor to do painting and install a LVT floor in a commercial office space. The painting preparation was not done correctly; the drywall compound used to repair some damage to the wall did not even have time to dry. The walls still have irregularities in them that were just painted over. The contractor said that for the price he quoted me that was the best they could do. I need to lease this space out to a tenant! I never asked for a cheapie job! The flooring is installed ok, I guess time will tell. The cove base install is just plain horrible. It looks like a washboard running along the wall. The corners were not cut straight so white drywall is showing. I told the contractor I would have to fix this myself. He told me he would refund $250 of the contract price. That was weeks ago, needless to say I am still waiting for the refund.
