I was in need of a deep clean for my large two story home with two pets, two children and a husband before we hosted a large party. Rachel has been a solid housekeeper. She has never failed to clean my 4 properties. Her cleanings are up to my standards, which I am very particular. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?LISTENING. I’m a problem solver. I prefer to do an in-home walk through to provide an accurate quote, and to get a feel for what it is you want to hire my company to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a professional housekeeper and home organizer for 8+ years, caring for large families while working/coordinating with additional household staff, housekeeper to vacation rentals, real estate sales and service, small family housekeeping. I have served as a cleaning company for restaurants, cafe’s, warehouses, offices, apartment and condo communities. That’s a fair share of education and training, I’d say!
