- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on home size, number of beds/baths, frequency, and condition of the home. Weekly/biweekly clients save 10-15%. $75 fee for cancellations after 8pm the night before. $75 lockout fee if we can't access your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we get detailed information about your home and then provide a quote directly on the phone or by email. Once booked, you're matched with one of our vetted cleaners in your area. You'll receive notifications of upcoming bookings and arrival times of cleaners. You will also have access to update your cleaning schedule online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners have over 20 years of cleaning experience combined that is verified via background checks and reference checks. They follow the cleaning checklist provided and aim to meet the specific details requested for your job.
