- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick phone or Zoom consultation to understand your space, needs, and style. I then create a simple plan with layout ideas, paint colors, and light update suggestions. During an in-person visit, I help rearrange and reset the room, making practical updates so the space feels calmer, more functional, and refreshed — often in a single day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 10 years of professional experience in creative marketing, 2 years of design and reset experience with my own firm, and a lifetime love and passion for improving homeowners spaces through thoughtful, practical and affordable design choices.
