- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very fair with our pricing, and do not change based on the neighborhood which unfortunately I have seen other painters do. I do offer a military discount, so please let me know if you are active duty or have served in the past. I have excellent pricing on the paints we use, and we pass along those savings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to come out and evaluate your needs with you, and put together a comprehensive estimate for repairs and painting. We discuss colors and finish and give advice as needed. We can determine some problem areas depending on access. The same comprehensive information is given to the painters so they make sure everything is taken care of properly
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an engineer and have had years of training and experience in coatings, and have had painters working for me for quite a few years as a plant engineer. I also had training for lead removal and certified. I am constantly looking for product solutions and get advice when needed for new applications.
