I cannot say enough nice things about the wonderful and thorough job Steve did. He cleaned up the area from the basketball pole removal with the cement and dirt and debris. He topped it off with extra top soil with sod on it. Later in the day as I pulled in to the driveway, I had to look hard to find the exact spot where all the hard work had been done only hours before. Steve has a very strong work ethic. He is available for work on roofs, cars, plumbing. I as so glad we called T & C. Christina made all the arrangements and was very accommodating regarding setting up a time. If there were more than 5 stars to rate.....I would add additional stars. B.Rosen

Wow! After a ridiculous 3 months of remodeling and dealing with people that just didn’t seem to want to do the job for which they were hired, it was like a fresh breeze when Christina returned my call inquiring about her company’s services. We arranged to meet at the remodeled home for an estimate. What a colossal mess it was, construction debris, paint everywhere and so mush drywall dust that it was barely breathable. After sizing up the job, she said “We can do this.” I asked, “All of it?” She replied, “I’ll take care of you.” No doubt she did! It ended up being a 3-day job. Each day, Christina and her crew arrived at the door at the specified time, the crew came in, no foolin’ around, Christina gave her crew instructions, everyone went to it and no one quit until the work for the day was completed (and we threw in extra stuff but not on purpose, and still Christina said “We got this!”)
What I experienced was a company that does not ‘blow smoke!’ If Christina says she’ll “take care of you” – it’s done! And as hard as I worked her and her crew, before leaving each day, they still asked me what else needed to be done. Ms. Angela and Ms. “G” were such a joy and a pleasure to work with. A Positive Two-Thumbs Waayy, Waayy UP experience all the way around!!

With each job varying in size, time required to fulfill your needs, and frequency of services, it's hard to communicate any set rates for our services.
To provide you with a general idea, the average quote for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is usually around $275 Deep cleaning services starting at $330 full details deep cleaning. Ask about move out cleaning with carpet cleaning. CALL FOR RATES
Again, the tasks that we perform and services we provide span across a wide range of responsibilities and jobs. Each job we are hired for is going to be different, but we ensure that any quote you are given from us will be as reasonable as possible, with the highest quality of work you can find.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we first make sure that all questions they have are answered, and all information they are seeking is provided. Once they have everything they need in relevance to our company and what we can do for them, we take initiation in finding out what their needs are.
Your needs are then discovered and quickly established, yet still in full detail for our complete understanding of the job. Lastly, we give you an instant quote on what you are requesting, and move forward from there to get to work and provide you with the best services you could come across.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first started out my business in Statesboro, Georgia. After realizing the skill set I held for cleaning and organizing, I really saw the potential for taking my work and applying it to the needs of others.
This is what started the journey in what has now become, 13 years later, T & C Cleaning here in Charleston, SC.
I've just always had an eye for detail, and realized one day when working on a small project how well I was able to perform in this area of work, and came to the sole conclusion that I could start a cleaning service business that I knew would do so much for everyone that I was hired by.
I began working from job to job, expanding my knowledge, experience, and skills for this business, and overtime grew it into what I am proudly able to call my business today. I take pride in everything I do, and could not be more grateful to have identified the skills I attained for something that so many others hold needs within, and to have taken it to such a level of success.
