- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some customers want a yearly price broken over 12 months, and others just pay by the month. I email a bill at the end of each month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them at their home or business, wherever the work needs to be done, to do a site survey and understand their expectations. I want to be very clear regarding what the customer wants done so I can be clear in my work. Communicating is essential for the best outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take course when my schedule allows. I have recently done courses on landscape lighting and another on various techniques of the industry.
