- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I recently just opened my studio salon and am hand training my junior stylist in all thing I know. I'm looking to grow my name and salon clientele.. so our prices are great to attract potential new customers 😀
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask lots of questions and determine hair goals to see if the hair can support the desired look. I am a great educator and this goes for client education as well❤️

20 years of experience. high end education and training.
