Neat Theory is Charleston’s home organizing service for people ready to clear the clutter and reclaim their space, without judgment, rigid rules, or boring label maker energy. From closets and kids’ bedrooms to moves, breakups, and major life transitions, we help you honor the past while making space for what’s next. Senior support is an important part of our work. We offer kind, thoughtful downsizing and transition support shaped around each person’s abilities, routines, and independence. Whether the goal is to support independent living or move to assisted living, we help organize belongings and make the home feel familiar, accessible, and easier to navigate. After a loss, we help families sort and distribute belongings, preserve meaningful keepsakes, coordinate donations, and prepare a home for an estate sale or home sale. For everyday organizing projects, we play music, pour champagne (with you, of course), and make the process feel like a party. With more than a decade of experience working with children, founder Elle specializes in involving the whole family.
