With over a decade of experience in marketing and communications, I have sound knowledge in developing domestic and international marketing plans, tradeshow strategy, social media management, internal communications, digital marketing, and CRM management. In my most recent position as Director of Social Media, I was served as a senior level consultant for the agency’s clients, providing high-level, strategic guidance and counsel for staff, clients, and prospects, charting teams and clients toward effective social media and digital programs. I designed holistic social media strategies for clients based on their business objectives and content needs, including executive social, influencer marketing, and brand social. In addition, I engaged and grew audiences for clients' social channels, integrating thought leadership, paid and earned social media, and elevating brands’ online presence.
