- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several management packages based on our customer needs. In order to provide the best price we typically like to meet with the owner to have a better understanding of their needs and to inspect the home or community in order to provide a fair assessment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a call with the owner and then set up a time to inspect the property. After the inspection, we will provide a proposal which includes a rent analysis of the property and surrounding area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Property Managers are licensed in the State of South Carolina. All employees complete several training courses throughout the year, which include Fair Housing Laws and Safety training.
