Great place to say very clean and has a home feeling close to the beach and close to down town the host were so great definitely will go back on my next visit to Charleston, SC definitely recommend a great place to stay

Incredible hospitality and great place to stay for the week. No issues with any appliances and was very clean. David was very kind and attentive :) We will be returning! The small details of iced mugs in the freezer and beach chairs to borrow really sold us. Quiet neighborhood and perfect location in between lovely Folly Beach and downtown Charleston.

When working with new customers we will start with a meeting to look at your property, go over pricing and have discussion on what you expect/ want and what we offer. We will then begin the process of getting you ready to list and start getting you bookings!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing property management for 7+ years. I have my real estate license and have a very in-depth understanding of the locations and the rules/regulations around the Charleston area.
