Introduction

I've been in business over 25 years and the one thing that I have found is my customers always appreciate the fact that I call if I'm running late and let them know what's going on. The other thing that makes me happy is to see the smile on my customers face after I get all of their plumbing taking care of and they are happy with a job done to perfection. I always like to be able to help my customers out with whatever they want to have done. What really makes me happy is to be able to restore the plumbing back to its normal functionality. I get a sense of accomplishment at the end of each call and it really is my passion to be able to perform plumbing in all of my customers homes. I have acquired over 1200 customers in the past 25 years and they are all very happy with all of the years of service that I have provided to them. I do not often leave poor reviews, especially not one star reviews but I for sure feel it is well deserved this time. My appointment time was at 4pm to have my dishwasher serviced. By the time 9pm rolled around, I still had not seen anyone from this company. I had not even gotten a single update from the company without me being the one to reach out. The responses I did get when I would reach out were nothing but excuses. Was told numerous times over several hours they were only 15 minutes away. So wrong. Eventually, 5 hours after my appointment, I had to say not to worry about it. Hopefully I can find an actual honest and reliable professional to help me.

So I went through a situation with the man referred to as David Westbrook who showed up to the appointment and slept in the car outside for 7 hours. Had to be woken up by my renter. Then proceeded to go up to the water heater with no tools and claim to have done all this work. I refused to pay until I saw the results because my renter said barely anything was done. Well I got pics and it looks like he unclogged the PVC and put some standard black tape around it to stop the leak. Well it did stop..FOR TWO DAYS. it is now leaking again. I don’t know what’s up with this company but it seems to not be what it once was. WOULD NEVER HIRE AGAIN. And now I’m out some money for nothing.

I lucked up on a rare find! Mr. Brad is a pillar of what a master plumber should exemplify. From courteous and compassionate to informative and knowledgeable, he checks all the boxes! Mr. Brad kept me informed at each phase of the plumbing job and sent videos along with his observations. He also noticed some imperfections with the tub and flooring (completely by another contractor) and yet decided to correct it. He is just all around and amazing soul! I own a few rentals in the Columbia SC area and from now on, I will only be using Plumbing Professional Services for my plumbing needs.
