Introduction: Jeannie McDowell has done the following:
* Responsible for small business accounting (law firm, nonprofit, home improvement and others), including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, job costing, payroll (to include commission, tips and multistate), bank statement reconciliation, cash management, month- and year-end closing, and financial reporting
* Budgeting, forecasting, maintaining budgets and projections
* Responsible for client write-up and after-the-fact bookkeeping
* Preparing necessary financial statements needed for tax return purposes
* Responsible for all financials for properties and assist with financials for Rural Development properties
* Managing human resources to include insurance and other employee benefits
* Managing all on-site IT issues, including troubleshooting of servers as well as individual systems, installation of upgrades, research, development and installation of all new and existing software, and training for all software
