I had an easy time setting up an appointment. We had several exchanges to get an appointment that would work with my schedule. Shelton arrived on time and ran diagnostics on my printer. Unfortunately it will cost more to fix my printer than the cost of a new one. He was very upfront and showed me exactly why I should consider a new one. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty.
