I contacted Flowertown Electronics and received a reply within 15 minutes. I explained my issue and Shelton from Flowertown Electronics came to my apartment the same evening. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his field, he checked out my laptop and explained to me in easy-to-understand language. He explained each of my options/course of action regarding repairs. My laptop is several years old. We decided to replace my old corrupted hard drive. He took my old broken laptop with him. He installed a new hard drive and reloaded Windows. My laptop now loads a lot faster than before. I am very satisfied with the work. If you have a computer problem, I highly recommend you call/ contact Flowertown Electronics and ask for Shelton, if you want the job done right the first time!!

Responded very quickly, arrived on time and went above and beyond to help fix our two commercial printers. Shelton was very honest about the issue, cost of things, and what the best solution would be. He recommended we buy a new printer as fixing it would be too costly. Definitely saved us the headache. He was also a pleasure to have a conversation with! Definitely recommend with no hesitations.

I had an easy time setting up an appointment. We had several exchanges to get an appointment that would work with my schedule. Shelton arrived on time and ran diagnostics on my printer. Unfortunately it will cost more to fix my printer than the cost of a new one. He was very upfront and showed me exactly why I should consider a new one. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty. I will definitely use Flowertown Electronics again!
