Rick has been very professional throughout the process of repairing our computer. He has made prompt communication in scheduling and in time of turnaround of service. He has also shown a knowledge of computer diagnostics and relays the information in language even I can understand. My wife and I have found "Our Guy".

We were without internet service and I was unable to find the problem by talking on the telephone with our satellite company (Hughes; we do not have cable so have to use a satellite service to access the internet) nor with the Geek Squad. The Geek Squad was not available for a week to come to our house, so I searched online on my cell, and found Your Next Home, LLC on Thumbtack. Rick talked with me and tried to help me over the phone, but ultimately I asked him to come to our house as I was not able to determine what to do on my end. Rick was able to find the issue and fix it within about 15 minutes. He also advised me about some steps I could take myself if it happened again, and suggested that I look into replacing another piece of equipment (a captioned telephone router) that may have caused the problem. He was also less expensive than the Geek Squad. I will definitely call Rick the next time we have a computer issue.
