Me. Renner responded within minutes to my description of a computer security issue. This involved tracking down an account recovery message. My descriptions of what I’d done to solve the problem were long & convoluted, but he stuck with me! Although I didn’t hire him( a son was able to resolve the problem) I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Mr Renner for any future work. Very polite, very patient!
