Prompt reply. Communicated well; showed up on time prepared to work. Hung laundry room doors (had to cut to fit); installed curtain rods; re-worked interior closet configuration. Touched up paint in new door frame. Will hire again.

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Joey Kendall and his team. He came out to fix my deck, but I kept adding to it. Next thing I knew I had a beautiful upgraded deck and an added pergola. Love it!!! Have lots of future projects for them planned.

Extremely pleased. We were in the process of getting several quotes from companies that were referred to us. In the meantime, Joey contacted me through Thumbtack asking if I still needed a quote. I thought "Sure, why not" even though I had several in the works. He showed up on time on the day we scheduled for the quote (difficult to come by these days!), I felt he understood exactly what we wanted (a big deck project) and he had a fair quote to me by that same evening. Excellent communication! We decided to let the other referrals know to not waste anymore of their time and contacted with Joey right away. We made some changes during the process and added a fence project. Joey's team adjusted to the changes smoothly! The work they did was great. Will hire again! We are super excited to start enjoying our backyard haven! Before and after pictures included.

The owner (Joey) came by to inspect the work in progress and after it was finished. I will definitely use them for my other home improvement projects! jad

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices in line with the area averages. Since a lot of my work is custom built the prices vary a lot based on styles, material, and deminsions. However all my estimates are free and will not go up after agreed upon, unless the customer wants something added or changed in a way that is outside the original estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know them and find out exactly what they are looking for. Some customers have a plan in mind and others want some guidance. Before I start a project I try to make sure the the outcome will be exactly what the customer wants. Not what's easiest for me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years in the trade. Framing houses. Building decks, porches, patios, and all things in between.
