Brianna got to my home early, and was the most polite person I have met in a long time. I am a talker and she never once looked annoyed. Her and her helper got to work right away and really blew my mind when I went up stairs and looked. I even gave them more than the quoted price, as others should do if they really are as blown away as I was. Her quoted price was very good and with the job they done I was more than happy to have them come once a week to clean my home. I am a disabled Iraqi Freedom vet and cant bend over and get the low spots and they got all the base boards as well as the tubs and shower really really well. Please hire Fresh Start Cleaning for your job, they are among the best people you will ever meet.

I absolutely love Roxy and so did my dogs! I have had other sitters in the past but none as wonderful as Roxy! I have a dog that requires medication in the morning and at night and never had to worry with Roxy there about him taking it. She kept in constant contact with me and even sent pictures. I will never use another sitter. She is the best! She even fixed my fur babies toy when it came unstitched!

Cat trained both my pitbull and my shiba inu. My shiba use to be aggressive around food as well as new people in our house. Cat worked with us and now our shiba is a sweetie and our pit puppy is fully trained!!

Kelly has helped with our two dogs for over a year now and she is wonderful with them. She walks them a few times per week and when on vacation or out of town she stops by twice daily to feed them and take care of their needs. They love her and we trust her implicitly with their care.

Ashley is amazing with my 2 big dogs! They love her and I have zero concerns when they are in her care. She always goes above and beyond with both my pets and my home. I come home to only being able to tell she was here because it is cleaner than when I left it. I get tons of pictures and video's of the pups when she is with them. She also provides updates at every visit. She makes my leaving them easy and comfortable since I know they are in her care. Another great comfort is her knowledge of animal behavior, her pet training background, and that she is first aid and CPR certified for my pets. I would highly recommend Ashley!!

I will be providing the care and love for your pets while you're away at work, school or play. I am available from Mondays to Fridays at 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Just starting this business, so I don't have any buds to help me. Name: Tris Sprinkle | Phone#: 803= 669 =2168 | meet @ 1805 Woodside Drive, Camden, SC, 29020. I am a new dog walker. email is: dogwoof55@

I walk dogs, clean up after them, wash them and don't let them out of my sight. What makes this job so special to me is that I've had least of them myself.

Hi, I love animals and I love taking them out to get some fresh air, but I really only work with dogs. I love to let them run around and feel free. I like playing fetch with them. I like to see them happy and I'll show them that someone loves them.

I clean, organize, and minimize clutter in your home. I also groom dogs -- bathing, nails, fur cutting, and express anal glands.

This business is run by a mom and her two teen sons. We are pet walkers, and we will come to your location to walk your pets. We began the dog walking business after my sons tried to teach their dogs how to dance.

I am willing to provide all sorts of pet care for your beloved animals! I can do simple tasks such as bringing your pets to a local park or trail to give them all the play and exercise that they need and deserve, feed and watch over them for long periods of time, and even stop by just to make sure that they're okay while you're away. I can also provide a bit more professional care such as bathing, nail trimming, and brushing (given that the animal is comfortable with these tasks, as some might require two people to trim nails or even bathe) as well as being able to give pets' medication they are prescribed. I have experience in working with different types of canines and felines alike. All thanks to my time spent on the weekends as a vet technician for Pawmetto Lifeline's Care-A-Van as well as from a previous job that revolved around the boarding of dogs and cats. I also have personal experience with bearded dragons and simple fish (ex: betta and goldfish). I am willing to work with all sorts of animals, provided I am given instructions on what exactly the owner would like me to do. My availability is on the following: Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. Fridays: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. (noon) Saturday and Sunday: unavailable (I apologize for any complications this causes.) Contact info: Phone: (Text only, please. Please provide why you're texting, and at least a first name that I can respond to you with.) E-mail: (I check my e-mail frequently throughout the day, so don't be surprised if you get a response back the same day.)

I love animals, especially dogs. I do several contract jobs for people, marketing, IT remote support, and social media marketing.

Our Training Philosophy We offer step-by-step training which focus on each dog's drives and abilities in order to create a working relationship between the dog and owner. We do this by creating a fair, fun, and progressive training program in which both the owner and the dog grow together and form a deeper bond. Each dog is trained differently, as we do not subscribe to the "cookie-cutter" approach to training in which all dogs are trained alike. All dogs are different in their drives, temperament, age, experiences, breed, etc., and do not all respond to training in the same way. This is why we form our methods around what will work best for a certain dog and the handler team. Our training is fair for the dog as he learns new skills in a manner which is geared specifically for that dog. Dog training however, is not just teaching dogs. It is just as much people training!

I'll travel to you. I do a great job at cleaning houses to make them look brand new! Dogs that are trained and don't bite love taking walks with me as I am an excited dog lover!

We are hard workers who clean. We can clean any house, walk dogs and clean out stuff too. We only charge $10 an hour also.

I give pets the unconditional love they deserve. I will treat you pet as if it were my own.

      Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

What does a dog walker do?

We all know our dogs love going on long, adventure-filled walks, but jobs and family and commuting can make it difficult to give them the leash time they deserve. You can hire a professional dog walker to make sure your furry friend gets adequate exercise and outdoor time each day. A professional dog walker may be an individual contractor or work for a dedicated dog-walking company. In either case, you want to make sure the pro has the appropriate insurance in case of an emergency. Some people opt to give the dog walker a key to their house; others to have them pick up the dog from the yard. Dog walking can happen as often as multiple times per day, or just a few times a month as needed. Here are some questions to ask when you are interviewing a new dog walker:

      • Will you or someone else be walking my dog?
      • Do you have a backup plan if you can’t make it for a scheduled walk?
      • Will you walk my dog by itself, or do you walk several dogs at once?
      • What are your different walk routes?
      • When will you pick up and drop off?
      • How will we communicate?
      • Do I have to commit to a schedule or are you flexible?
      • What’s your cancellation policy?
      • What’s your response plan if my dog gets injured or becomes sick?
      • How and how often do I pay you?
      • Do you offer package pricing if I buy multiple dog walks up front?

How much do dog walkers charge?

The cost of dog walking depends on several factors including length and frequency of dog walks, the number of dogs on the walk, distance to your house, and any additional services you request. The national average cost range for a dog walk is $10-$20, but that price will vary based on where you live in the country and the regional cost of living and doing business.

The longer the dog walk, the higher your costs will be. Dog walkers offer a range of walk lengths, from 15-minute potty breaks to long hikes of 120 minutes or more. For example, a dog walker may charge $15 for a 15-minute walk and $35 for a 35-minute walk. Requesting that your dog be the only animal on the walk will typically mean a higher cost than if you permit your dog to be walked in a pack of dogs. You may be able to get a discounted rate if you have more than one dog to be walked. For example, a professional dog walker may charge $28 for one dog or $33 for two dogs on a 60-minute walk. If you need additional help — like feeding the dogs or giving them medication — dog walkers may be able to provide this service at an additional fee. Dog walkers may charge higher rates for walking your dogs on holidays.

Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
