I'm an culinary educator as well.so I try to stay abrushed and current as much as possible for my catering and teachings.

Well being very poplar in high school I was exteremly good in sports and so I stayed so busy and had so many things I lijed that ut was hard to plan or make a final chouce in what I wanted to do after graduation, so graduation came so fast thatI had to do something quickto plan my course.my friend Angie Stone(a hit r&b singer) Tyrone Corbin (a pro basketball player retired and now nba coach) and Exavier Mcdaniel a retire nva player all these guys is my child hood friends"they knew except me.soone day I walk to my grandmoms hoyse and see my uncle in the kitchen cooking and singing, back than a man in the kitchen cooking looked strange to me and were to many young fellows like myself. So I questioned him on how he learned to cook, for I thought only ladies knew this.well he told me the army and so it were fascinated and so bells went off in my head and I said I'm heading to the military to be a chef.This is how it begin in 1980.
