very unpredictable and unprofessional. service guy was suppose to come out and repair washing machine after part was ordered. Never showed up and would not return phone calls. Sad thing is I try my hardest to support our black community. I was going to tip him more than the service cost! smh. Ended up having to call another repair service to repair washing machine. We as a people can not complain that our own dont support our businesses when we conduct ourselves less than. Other communities have strong structure because they take care of their own. I wish our young men would conduct themselves like real men and stop acting like mama boys who complain they don't get a fair shake.
