I hired Brandon Matthew’s of The Truth Flooring on November 18, 2022. He told me the flooring could come in as soon as 2 weeks but he made no guarantee since he did not control shipping. I had to make contact with him EVERY time I needed a status. Those emails occurred on 12/13, 1/4/23, 1/9/23, 1/23/23 and 2/13/23. Finally - his response on my 2/13 inquiry advised that the floor was in. Not sure when/if he was going to contact me that it arrived. I schedule installation for the following week. It wasn’t until that day and installation was near completion that the installer advised that all molding and thresholds did not arrive. As of todays date (4/22/23) I am still waiting to hear back after a couple inquiries. I DO NOT recommend this company. I guess I’ll be filing paperwork with the magistrate to get my money back.
