I want to apologize that you felt your cleaning was not the best experience. I truly believe this was a mishap due to not having the opportunity to clearly go over what the service included beforehand. I understand you’re a busy man, and since we weren’t able to connect prior to the appointment, there may have been some confusion about exactly what was covered in the service you booked. Most of my clients and I have a conversation in advance so I can explain the scope in detail and tailor it to their expectations. Unfortunately, that step was missed here. For your 5 bed, 5 bath home, the service requested was dusting in the main areas, floors and baseboards throughout, and thorough cleaning of the bathrooms and bedrooms. That is what was completed within the 4–5 hours included in the service. I also want to clarify that everyone scheduled was hired specifically for that service — there were no additional cleaners beyond what was booked. The time and scope were fulfilled according to the service selected. Moving forward, I’d be more than happy to have a detailed conversation beforehand to ensure everything is clearly understood and aligned with your expectations.
