I admire your hard work and entrepreneurial spirit. However, your "deep" clean was not deep at all. The carpets were professionally cleaned the day before so upstairs you changed 3 beds, cleaned 3 bathrooms, and washed 10 windows. Downstairs you quickly steamed the wood and tile floors and cleaned 2 bathrooms. This was not $400 worth of work. Nothing was done in the sun room, counters were still dirty, the storm door was still dirty, the shower doors were still dirty. The entry way had huge streaks on the tile. Noticeable trash and dead bugs were on the floor. I recommend leaving your son at home and partnering with another hard worker. I can't honestly recommend you. Best of luck.

I want to apologize that you felt your cleaning was not the best experience. I truly believe this was a mishap due to not having the opportunity to clearly go over what the service included beforehand.
I understand you’re a busy man, and since we weren’t able to connect prior to the appointment, there may have been some confusion about exactly what was covered in the service you booked. Most of my clients and I have a conversation in advance so I can explain the scope in detail and tailor it to their expectations. Unfortunately, that step was missed here.
For your 5 bed, 5 bath home, the service requested was dusting in the main areas, floors and baseboards throughout, and thorough cleaning of the bathrooms and bedrooms. That is what was completed within the 4–5 hours included in the service.
I also want to clarify that everyone scheduled was hired specifically for that service — there were no additional cleaners beyond what was booked. The time and scope were fulfilled according to the service selected.
Moving forward, I’d be more than happy to have a detailed conversation beforehand to ensure everything is clearly understood and aligned with your expectations. Clear communication always leads to the best results.

All of our cleaning packages are fully customizable to fit your needs. Packages start at just $200 weekly 240 Biweekly 280 Monthly, covering up to 5 rooms . You choose the areas and priorities, and we’ll make sure your home shines.

Your initial consultation will be conducted over the phone, where we’ll gather all the necessary details about your home, cleaning needs, and preferences. Once we’ve scheduled your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation text with all the important information, including the date, time, and service details, so you know exactly what to expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve received professional training in OSHA cleaning safety, infection control and sanitization, eco-friendly cleaning practices, and specialized care for carpets, upholstery, and floors. This training ensures I work safely, efficiently, and deliver the highest quality results for every client.
