Betty’s team of Angela and Kim did a really good job in my basement. The area that was cleaned is now usable for us. To store items needed for laundry and other items. Will hire again when need to do other areas of our home.

Lady Bug came to clean our house on Wednesday, September 17th. They did a good job in certain areas like the master bedroom, bathroom, floors, and baseboards. I paid $300 for a deep cleaning and made my expectations clear up front. Ms. Betty even confirmed that light fixtures would be included in the deep cleaning. When they finished, I wasn’t home. Later, I checked and saw that none of the downstairs light fixtures had been touched. A spider web was still hanging on the chandelier in the dining room, and none of the picture frames on the walls had been cleaned. I sent pictures, and Ms. Betty apologized, offering to send someone back on the 19th at 9:00 a.m. I agreed. At 9:15, when no one showed, I reached out. She never responded. To make matters worse, I had even sent an additional $40 tip despite not being fully satisfied with the service. Take your business somewhere it will truly be valued.
