I am beyond impressed with the Ladybug team. Scheduled quickly, showed up on time and got right to work. I have had another company for about 6 months coming every 2 weeks and was never fully satisfied with the large company that stated they were detailed oriented but never really cleaned my house to my satisfaction (missing parts of the house entirely many times). Ladybug team did a FANTASTIC job! They found so much dust and dirt that the other company clearly missed over and over. I was tired of coming home to clean after the Merry Maids. Thank you Ms Betty for your team of detailed oriented girls that actually moved items to clean everything instead of just around items. My house looks, feels and smells clean. I look forward to seeing you again in 2 weeks.

I hired this team for a deep clean of my condo and they did an excellent job. They were very professional, fast, and thorough. They hit areas that are often overlooked, like the top of the refrigerator and behind the furniture—they even found all my cat's hidden toys! The owner provided great communication and sent photos of the detailed work they did. It is a high-quality service and I'm looking forward to our regular bi-weekly visits.

Betty’s team of Angela and Kim did a really good job in my basement. The area that was cleaned is now usable for us. To store items needed for laundry and other items. Will hire again when need to do other areas of our home.
