This company is for basic cleaning. They did a walk through of the house and I specified a deep cleaning but that was not met because they lacked having the necessary tools. No bucket, proper mop, broom, duster or cleaning essentials. On the appointed day Chelsea did a 5 hour cleaning and Patricia came back the next day to do some of the misses. Although both ladies were very nice and I would of liked to give a better rating, the professionalism was not there. I was disappointed. Hopefully in the future they can get it together.

Hello, Thank you so much for your review. I do apologize for the inconvenience. However this company does not use Bucket & Mop style of cleaning as this can cause further issues. Mops actually spread the dirt and germ around rather than cleaning it. Due to the inconvenience my office manger went out her way to complete the task and assured the job to your satisfaction which was implied to my cleaners. I truly wish you would have brought this to my attention at the moment. Thank you for allowing us to service you and your household needs. This provider cancelled on me the night before simply by stating the person in this area was not working. I sent two different messages throughout the day to request rescheduled date and was not acknowledged or responded to.
