- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing will stay the same as the estimate stated , unless after arriving I see the pricing will need to be adjusted due to overly messy , things lying all over the floor such ass laundry , toys , etc! I kindly ask that things be picked up upon my arrival so I can efficiently clean ,😀
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet first and set up a day to do a walk through so I can get a better knowledge of what there needs are and exactly what type work really needs to be done ....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked 2 years with my sister & 2 solo
