What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different. We can provide you with the most accurate quote if you can provide pictures of everything that you need removed. Pictures can be sent to our contact listed on our profile picture
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide us with the location, description of job, if possible provide pictures for a more accurate quote. And let us know what day works best for you and we'll get you scheduled. If contents are outside of the property we don't require our customers to be present during the removal process.
