What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always give a fair upfront price. I usually charge 3.50 per 1000 square feet. minimum of 30 dollars. There are exceptions. It's best to see the yard and give a quote at the site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make the process easy and professional. I am a nice guy who will be on time and do an excellent job. As a customer of mine you can call me anytime and get me!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree in marketing/management. I am a licensed in South Carolina to be a pesticide applicator. I am also ASE certified.
