- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is priced individually per customer. Our pricing is based on the type of job (how involved it is), materials/supplies costs and labour costs. All these factors contribute to the overall price of each job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Primarily, I introduce myself and my company after which I address the project the customer has in mind. I then work with them to achieve the image/idea of what they would like and work out a plan to achieve it. I let them know if it is achievable/practical and offer suggestion as food for thought if necessary. I always make it clear what my rate(s) is and confirm it with a print out estimate for them to sign. We then schedule an mutually agreeable date to start work with an estimated length of time for the job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Sheer passion! I am an absolute neat nick and enjoy helping others at their request in this aspect of home decluttering/organization, to help them achieve the same outcome at their level of satisfaction. I also have a keen eye for making a home or space stand out and more workable for everyday living or create an impact if you are selling your home.
