From the moment, Ebone called me, There was an instant connection. At the time I was working with a realtor who wanted to charge me to see houses. Ebony said girl no lol. I explained to her that Im currently in the military and Im an RN single mom with three kids looking for a new house something for me and my kids to grow and build in. immediately the next day while away on military duty she was out FaceTiming me while touring a few of the houses that we had picked the night before .. mind u texting all night long on the first night lol. I just closed on my house July 1 brand new construction on the opposite side of town, but Ebone helped me through the whole process being a first time homeowner I had no idea what to do or what to look for nor what to ask for. Anytime I call or text She responds immediately no matter how minute the question or grand the gesture she arose to the occasion ever time. Coming from out of state and on a tight timeline, I had a lot to learn about the Columbia real estate market and quickly. Luckily, I was able to work with Ebone, she lined up a few houses to tour that fit exactly what I was looking for and helped me through the home buying process. She made all the complicated things simple and was really easy to get in contact with if I had any questions throughout the process.
