My husband and I made a decision to sell our home.10 minutes later I went online and was referred to Ebone Gadson with David Lloyd Realty. 5 minutes later I was on the phone with her. We clicked immediately! We scheduled to meet at our home soon after! Ebone came to us prepared, research completed and ready to get to work! Before I knew it, the house was ready to be shown (minus a slight A/C malfunction). Her contacts were amazing, in fact, I continue to utilize her lawn man, Jesse! She listed it at a competitive and attainable price ($25,000 over what we thought we could get!) that brought multiple offers within 5 days! This was a $500k price point so we assumed it would take a lot longer! Not with Ebone as our realtor. We got into contract and throughout the whole process, she remained calm and kept me up to date on all status, even if I did call her daily, she always answered! A few hiccups and appraisal issues (nothing by fault of the sellers or buyers) we got to closing! Troubled brewed when the buyer decided it was a good time to give both her agent and Ebone a hard time about agreements for repairs. When she decided she wasnt buying and threatened to back out, Ebone sated cool and calm and saved the sale. I shed many tears, was excited then crushed, then excited again, but Ebone never gave up! I dont know how to thank her enough! I will be referring anyone looking to buy to her from here on out! Thank you Ebone Gadson for all you did for our family! You are truly a God send, this sale is life changing and we will always be so thankful God places you in our lives!!
