- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on your project needs, coverage time, location, and deliverables. We’re always upfront about costs and provide a clear quote before booking. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area, and some projects require a retainer to secure your date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by getting to know your vision and what you’re hoping to create. After we discuss your needs, timeline, location, and deliverables, we’ll recommend the best option and provide a clear quote. Once everything is booked, we’ll plan the details together, complete the project, and deliver your finished photos, films, or designs digitally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of us are graduates of Full Sail University with bachelor’s degrees in Digital Arts & Design. Our training gave us a strong foundation in visual storytelling, digital media, design, and creative production. We also bring hands-on experience in photography, filmmaking, video editing, motion graphics, branding, and graphic design, which allows us to approach projects from both a creative and technical perspective.
