I am extremely dissatisfied with the photography services Akim provided for my Parent’s 50th Anniversary recent event. Your performance fell far short of the expectations and standards we had set, and I feel compelled to address the numerous issues that arose. Firstly, the quality of the photographs delivered was shockingly subpar. Blurred images, improper framing, and inconsistent lighting were prevalent throughout the entire set that consisted of only 22 pictures. These glaring deficiencies are unacceptable, especially given the importance of capturing the once in a lifetime celebration event. Moreover, your lack of professionalism during the event was deeply concerning. Your tardiness, underdress appearance, disorganized approach, and failure to communicate effectively with me were not only disruptive but also reflected poorly at my Parent’s special occasions. Given the premium price we paid for your services, I expected nothing less than excellence. Unfortunately, your performance has left me with an overwhelming sense of regret for entrusting you with this important task.

My brother and I had a vision for our parents' party, and Aditya Agarwal made sure that they captured every moment for us to cherish forever. They seamlessly found the important moments in a large venue. They had unique photography and videography intuitions. They knew exactly where to be without anybody needing to tell them, and for that, we are forever grateful. We did not have to worry about them capturing special moments or finding the right lighting. It was a hands-offs experience for us which relieved stress from the planning process. After the party, they quickly sent us the edited photos and an amazing video of the event that left us speechless for the past few weeks. Aditya captured the most important moments in our lives, and we would like to recommended them for all of your events! If you were thinking about booking them, DO IT! They were simply amazing, and you won't regret your decision!

Aaron was wonderful! I reached out to him for my daughter’s Medical School Graduation photo’s along with 2 of her classmates. He was immediately responsive and accommodating to our request and scheduling constraints. The day of the photo shoot Aaron was so friendly and calming. It was the day of one of the events and emotions were high so Aaron’s calming yet “ efficient “ nature was wonderful. He was warm and welcoming and made everyone feel at ease. Definitely would recommend. Can not wait to see the finished product.

I was looking forward to working with them. Having hired someone from thumbtack previously who arrived 15 minutes early to review what needed to shot and was very courteous that was my expectation. When that didn’t happen and the time of the event came and went I got concerned and called. To find out the photographer that was supposed to be taking pictures was 2 hours away. The owner then tried to make it seem like this scheduling issue was my fault because I had an extra hour on the request which is very odd considering this would’ve been more money for him. At this point I was enraged and my mother had to handle this because the solutions that were being presented were terrible. One including having my 8 month pregnant sister to be out in 95 degree weather to fix their mistake. The photographer that came out was able to get a few rushed shots (thank you Cam) but this experience was truly terrible. I would honestly only book again if no other photographer in Columbia is available

To say Shikha and Jay were a pleasure to work with is an understatement. They are absolute gems! They were fun, personable, professional and really seemed to enjoy themselves (even in the blistering heat!). While our event was only a week ago and we haven’t received the final product (quality takes time), I haven’t been able to stop thinking about how great they were and I’m confident the photos will be amazing! We found ourselves in a bind, as our other photographer had a conflict for personal reasons. Shikha was very responsive and understanding of our situation. She was flexible and accommodating and it was so refreshing since we had such short notice and still wanted our special moments captured. We would recommend her without reservation! I’ll be back to follow up on what I can only imagine will be an amazing final product!
