Super nice people! And responsive. I sent them a video to edit and they sent back a sample video before getting really into it. Just to see if I liked the style of the edits first.

Thomas delivered excellent photos and b-roll footage for us. He was responsive, got the shoot done quickly when weather permitted, and was super fast with the deliverables. We'd work with him again if something comes up.

Thomas helped for get my demo reel up to industry standards for my acting jobs. Very efficient, great equipment, and responded to all messages in a timely fashion. However, Hired this person to assist with creating a demo reel for a television studio project. I have never had someone that I was paying disrespect me so much. I booked the peerspace unit that Thomas suggested paid him in full and in advance. I showed early to the location when Thomas arrived he was rude after greeting me he turn his a head and made a face of disgust. He continued to ask me unnecessary questions like how did get to the studio he was jumpy and paranoid as if I had hired him to set him up or waste him time. I suppose because he is use to working with white corporate off brand businesses and I am black and appeared to be his age he was prejudiced to think that he was to good to work with me. I am a creative this was a creative project is was supposed fun. I needed to ensure that video angles was correct and the background was not busy. I asked Thomas if he could turn his camera towards me to check out the scene set up he got irritated and quickly turned his camera away so I could no longer look at the background through his lens. Dispelling words under his breath that I was …. I continued to make lighthearted jokes to keep a decent atmosphere. I was met with more eyes rolls and other rude behavior. Though my video turned out satisfactory . I was unable to see all of the photos that took to make my own choices. To conclude the business I accepted the photos that was sent to me. I would not hire this guy again. Clearly he’s expirence no with working with people from other parts of the country. He doesn’t understand the logistics of artistic and creative videos. He took my need to make sure the video was precise as agitation. I was not satisfied with the unnecessary attitude. Maybe he should stick to corporate commercial and tutorial videos for people with slow country pacing. Great equipment but lacks patience and people

Our interaction was pleasant throughout you performed your monologue wonderfully, and we had a friendly conversation about your background and other topics. You were able to view my screen during the session and see the setup, and we made adjustments together until everything looked the way you wanted. I also photographed your headshots at no additional cost, even though that’s not a service I typically provide. You never requested all of the headshots, but I would have been more than happy to share them if you had. It’s disappointing to read comments that don’t reflect what actually took place, but I wish you all the best moving forward.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to schedule a convenient time to discuss your project and what you hope to accomplish. Next, our team will create a vision for your project and send a quote. After, the project is agreed upon we can create a storyboard if applicable. If possible we like to location scout and schedule your shoot from there.

Our team has over combined 20 years of experience in creating video content for commercial, corporate, and wedding films.
