- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only complicated pricing that I have is when it's time for the printing of the graphic project. When it's time for quoting that out I would make sure that I walk the client through everything that they want for the print job.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs that I do for clients that are web based is web site development. For my graphic customers, it's pretty broad. Mostly, I do business cards, logos, and post cards.
