From the first contact made, my experience with Robert and his team was great. Robert was prompt on reviewing the job to provide an estimate. Jean was very communicative regarding the written estimate provided, answering all questions and made scheduling very smooth and accommodating for us. Robert and his team were very polite and took great care of all flooring, walls, fixtures and personal belongings, to ensure no damage during the popcorn ceiling removal and painting process. I would recommend.

Robert and his crew did a great job at correcting a horrible initial paint job, as you can tell in the before and after pictures. We had the whole exterior of our house redone. They were very punctual, professional, honest, and did an excellent job. He and Jean were very responsive to any questions and requests we had. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend First Impressions Painting to anyone.

Robert and his crew preformed tremendously. I originally wanted Robert to only paint my bedrooms but as they were painting I couldnt help but to notice how flawless and professional the work was. So I said to Robert, I am so impressed with your work thus far how much would you charge me to do my living room? (My living room is not very small). His price was not even half of what I expected to pay. I was looking around for TV cameras or I was at least expecting him to say, I am just messin with ya! The QUALITY and work of Robert and his crew was certainly worth at least $2500. He didnt even charge me half of that. Lets just say, I received far more than what I paid for and I only felt right tipping him and the crew an additional $200. I am sure I will use Robert and his services again. If you need an interior or exterior painting job of your house or building, by far, this is your best option for quality of work, flexible timing and very economical prices.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give quality work for a valued price and only use the best of products to get the longest life span from the paint. We always try to give price breaks when we can. Pricing can also depend on how many rooms and what surfaces are being painted at one time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with client for free estimate and making sure all involved are on the same page of what is expected of the contract work and the timely manner is should be completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always, New products come out and I am updated with these products as they come in through my supplier. I also work close with my sales rep thru Sherwin Williams.
