Johnny was fantastic and I would highly recommend his services. He installed 2 ceiling fans and offered to take a look at a bidet toilet seat that I needed to install (something he said he has never done). As he was setting it up he realized I needed an adapter for the full setup to be complete. He went out to the store, found the right adapter, came back and completed the installation. Everything works great across the board and was overall a very pleasant experience.

We connected with Johnny Mullinax and his company through Angi to have the locks/deadbolts changed on a new rental property. He was very courteous and professional, but also down to earth. We enjoyed easy conversation and he answered all my questions. His pricing was also reasonable. Were definitely using him again.
Upstate Home Restore LLC's reply
It was a pleasure talking with you yesterday Rosella and thank you for the review. Working with customers like you makes my job so much better.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it may not be the lowest, it certainly isn't the highest, but im as honest as you'll find even if it hurts my bottom dollar.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically I get as much detail over messages or a phone call, as I can get, and either send over a quote that day or ask to visit the home to get a better idea of what the scope of work is. then I will submit my quote. customer approves quote and we schedule the work to be done. once im finished, I prefer to have a walk through with the client to show my work as well as let them tell any concerns they may have or not.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's of Science degree is supply chain management, that does come in handy in this job. Mostly I work off of on-the-job training I've received over my 45 years. from crane operating and heavy equipment to carpentry and concrete.
