FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it may not be the lowest, it certainly isn't the highest, but im as honest as you'll find even if it hurts my bottom dollar.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically I get as much detail over messages or a phone call, as I can get, and either send over a quote that day or ask to visit the home to get a better idea of what the scope of work is. then I will submit my quote. customer approves quote and we schedule the work to be done. once im finished, I prefer to have a walk through with the client to show my work as well as let them tell any concerns they may have or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's of Science degree is supply chain management, that does come in handy in this job. Mostly I work off of on-the-job training I've received over my 45 years. from crane operating and heavy equipment to carpentry and concrete.
