FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some jobs are difficult to price without first taking a look in person as there may be details not included in the initial job request. Also, some jobs are better quoted with a fixed price whereas other jobs are better using an hourly rate. Please don't hesitate to discuss further if you believe a different method or amount of payment would be more fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would first like to discuss job expectations with the client for time involvement and securing materials for completion of projects. Once those details are worked out we like to schedule the work to be done as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rev. Jason and Mrs. Buddin- years of experience with various home improvement projects. Masters degrees in counseling.
