- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not upfront cost for us to get started! Once an agreement is signed, we start right away at getting your property listed across all major listing websites. Once we have screened and found a quality tenant, then we will sign a lease and deduct a flat $600 tenant placement fee from the first month's rent, so you won't have to cut us a check. Our monthly management fee is just 8%!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out to connect with you and learn more about you, your property and needs. Then I send a management agreement and an email with addition info about Mann + Myers and a competitive market analysis on your property. We then schedule a second meeting to review and go over the management agreement together so I can answer any questions you have. Once management agreement is signed, I get straight to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully licensed property manager in Charge is SC and a have my brokerage license in NC. I am experienced in property management, leasing, maintenance, and evictions. I have a great network and contacts across the Upstate to handle almost any maintenance if it is needed.
