Our wood house was in much need of repair. The team at Detail Siding answered our call right away. Once we made contact they came over, assessed the property and took lots of photos. Jake stayed in contact with my husband and me, and submitted an estimate of the project. It was sent PDF on the company letterhead. Everything was covered; labor, materials and cost. Once we agreed to hire them, they presented the contract for both parties to sign. Jake and his dad began working immediately, yes that very same day, and repaired our chimney to secure our roof from leaking. We were so grateful for that! The actual project took about 8 days from start to finish. Once the crew arrived, things moved along smoothly. They were efficient, hard working young men. They arrived in a timely manner and worked over into the evening on some days. Jake came on several days to supervise and make sure everything was going smoothly. We discussed adjustments and/ or improvements that needed to be made and he handled it very professionally. I am happy with their work and the effort they put in! They did what they said they would do... and that alone is commendable!
