What can I say about Erin and Nailed It Construction? In a word: AWESOME! Erin was so professional; she was super responsive in our messages! The work done was done well and very quickly! I'm so glad I chose her and Nailed It for my back deck! I wish I could give them 10 out of 5 stars!

Erin and Stan were extremely diligent and responsive. They are professional, courteous, and hard workers. They listen, design, and execute. My experience was hassle free, and a pleasure. I will be using them for future projects on my house. The deck is even better than I had anticipated.

We wanted a deck build and they delivered. 2 and half days later, we had our deck and we love it. They listened to our vision of what we wanted the deck to look like and provided their professional opinion on building it. We will definitely keep them in mind for our next project.

Erin and Stan did a great job building a new stairway bannister for our home. They were very nice, responsive, set good expectations up front, and the finished product looks great. I will definitely use them again for other jobs in the future!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It is always important for us to talk to a new customer in person and see the location of the work to be done. This ensures that we don't give an improper estimate and also gives us a chance to meet each other and really get on the same page with each other's expectations.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The more information the better. Dimensions, how many stories, pictures, and any other thing to describe the work to be done is helpful because we have to decide if the lead is worth paying for before we are able to ask our own questions. Sometimes we will pass over a lead if we are unable to gauge how much work is involved (or not involved).
