Had put in a request the night before for a maintenance check. My hot water heater was not getting as hot. The technician came and ultimately couldn’t be repaired as it was 20 years old (original to the house) technician was clear as to the issue and was quick to buy a replacement hot water heater, and install all within three hours. Appreciate the timeliness and professionalism and the cost was reasonable

I had a great experience using American rooter service. I needed a video inspection done on my sewer line due to some recent backups. I contacted the company on Thumbtack and they responded in less than 15 minutes. I had an appointment set up for two days later. Ivan came out and was very professional. He allowed me to sit with him throughout the entire process because I was curious about how everything worked and wanted to see the results in real time. I was given options for replacing the sewer line that included the bare minimum needed to fix the issue as well as some upgrades that could help prevent future issues. He did not try to convince me to take the more expensive option. But did ensure that I knew all of the options available. I do plan on calling around to get quotes to repair the line, but I have American router service at the top of my list for the job. Ivan is a good representative for this company and he made me comfortable with my choice to use them.

LAL the plummer was the best he was very professional and he also took the time to explain to me what the problem was and I understood him very well I felt extremely comfortable with him in my home I would recommend him to anyone I know that has a plumbing problem I actually enjoyed him he don't get 5 star's he deserves 50 star's he was simply outstanding

Great customer service. The technicians were polite and kept me informed of the problems and progress of the job. I wasn't prepared for the damage they caused to my walls, which I have recently repaired. Upon completion of the job the technicians informed me of a 4% charge to use my credit card, which I didn't know about before hand, but they did remove this charge on the final bill. The cost of the job was $4000 less than three other companies I received estimates from. I am satisfied with their work and would recommend American Rooter Services to anyone who wants great value and quality work. Thanks again!
